We will set up a standing schedule so your rides are automatically dispatched each week without requiring individual bookings. Most dialysis patients ride with us 3 times per week.

Door Through Door is our standard wheelchair service level. Unlike curbside pickup, our driver enters your home or facility, assists you into your wheelchair if needed, wheels you to the vehicle, operates the hydraulic lift or ramp, secures the wheelchair inside the van, and then reverses the process at your destination. The driver accompanies you from inside one door to inside the next.

Yes. Stair assistance is available for Door Through Door service and above. If your home or facility has stairs, we send a second crew member equipped with a stair chair to safely navigate you up or down the stairs before transferring you to your wheelchair and vehicle. Stair assistance can be added when booking your ride.

Our standard wheelchair vehicles accommodate patients up to approximately 350 lbs including wheelchair weight. For patients who exceed this limit, we offer bariatric wheelchair transportation with heavy-duty lifts and reinforced tie-down systems. Yes. One companion can ride at no additional cost on any wheelchair transport trip. The companion sits in the passenger cabin while you remain secured in your wheelchair. If you need more than one companion, contact us in advance so we can confirm vehicle capacity.
