Book Your NEMT Ride

• To book a ride with us, please use our booking form above.
• We recommend booking your ride at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

• You can cancel your booking at anytime; however, we kindly request that you provide us with a 24 hours notice.
• Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee policy.

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

• Over-billing or incorrect charges.
• Cancellation of prepaid ride within the specified cancellation period as per our cancellation policy.
• Unsatisfactory service or violation of our service standards.

• To reschedule your ride, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
• We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred pickup time. However, rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability.

• We accommodate passengers with special needs. Please inform us of any specific requirements when booking your ride.
• Our fleet includes wheelchair-accessible vehicles to cater to passengers with mobility challenges.

• The safety and well-being of our passengers are our top priorities. Our drivers are trained and certified to provide a secure ride.
• We have implemented rigorous safety measures, and we are following all necessary precautions.
