Booking Process

To book a ride with us, please use our booking form above

We recommend booking your ride at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

Cancellations

You can cancel your booking at anytime; however, we kindly request that you provide us with a 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee policy.

Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances.

Over-billing or incorrect charges.

Cancellation of prepaid ride within the specified cancellation period as per our cancellation policy.

Unsatisfactory service or violation of our service standards.

Rescheduling

To reschedule your ride, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred pickup time. However, rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability.
