DreamCare Rides: 6-Step Booking Process

Step 1: Provide Passenger Details

Share essential details about the passenger to start the booking process:

  • Name, contact information, and date of birth.
  • Mobility status: Independent, Assisted, or Fully Dependent.
  • Weight: Confirm if bariatric accommodations are required.

Step 2: Choose Your Trip Type

Select the most suitable trip type and assistance level:

  • Trip Type: Ambulatory, Wheelchair (XL or Broda), or Stretcher.
  • Service Level:
    • Curb-to-Curb: Basic help to and from the vehicle.
    • Door-to-Door: Guidance from the door to the vehicle and destination.
    • Door-Through-Door: Full assistance, including navigating stairs.

Step 3: Share Trip Details

Provide complete details for the initial trip and return (if applicable):

  • Leg A (Initial Trip): Pickup address, drop-off address, date, pickup time, and appointment time.
  • Route Type: One Way, Round Trip, or Multi-Stop.
  • Leg B (Return Trip): Return pickup and drop-off addresses, date, and pickup time.
  • Return Options:
    • Will Call: Notify us when ready, and we’ll dispatch a driver within one hour.
    • Wait and Return: The driver stays on-site for an immediate return service.

Step 4: Add Special Requirements

Let us know any special needs to customize your trip:

  • Stair Assistance: Number of steps and required equipment.
  • Oxygen Support: Indicate if oxygen is required for transit.
  • Bariatric Needs: Confirm space or equipment, such as XL wheelchairs.
  • Passengers/Attendants: Specify if others will accompany the passenger.
  • Requires Wheelchair: Confirm if one is needed from DreamCare Rides.

Step 5: Receive Your Quote

We’ll calculate a transparent cost breakdown based on your trip:

  • Base fare, mileage rates, and wait time fees.
  • Special requirements, such as equipment or assistance.
  • Receive a detailed estimate before confirming payment.

Step 6: Confirm and Prepay

Finalize your booking with our secure payment process:

  • Complete payment via credit/debit cards or online payment options.
  • Receive a confirmation email with all trip details provided.
