48+ hours in advance | You’ll receive a full refund, minus a small $25 fee to cover administration and processing costs. We appreciate your advanced notice! |
24–48 hours in advance | You’ll receive a 50% refund or a full digital ride credit (valid for 90 days). Choose the option that works best for you. |
Less than 24 hours | Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your ride are not eligible for a refund or credit, as that time is exclusively reserved for you. |
Emergency (e.g., hospitalization or death) | With appropriate documentation, we offer a full refund or ride credit—handled compassionately on a case-by-case basis. |
Ride Credits:
If you opt for a ride credit instead of a refund, it will be sent to you digitally (via email or text) and can be used toward any future ride within 90 days.
Note: Ride credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Emergency Cancellations:
For cancellations due to a medical emergency, hospitalization, or death, please email us at info@dreamcarerides.com with a brief explanation and supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note, hospital discharge papers, or obituary).
Running Late:
Our drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup location. If you’re running late and haven’t contacted us, the ride may be marked as a no-show and the full fare will be charged. If you anticipate a delay, please call us immediately.
Service Disruptions:
If we need to cancel or delay your ride due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately. You can then choose to reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund.
Booking Confirmation:
After booking, please check your email or text message for your trip confirmation. Verify that your pickup and drop-off details are correct to avoid any delays or additional fees on the day of service.
Refund Processing Timeline:
Refunds and ride credits will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or credit is issued.
Group Bookings:
For group or multiple-passenger bookings, cancellation terms apply individually unless stated otherwise. Please contact us for specific details regarding group bookings.

If you have any questions or concerns about your cancellation, please contact our customer support. Should your concern remain unresolved, you may request to speak with our manager for further review.
