Dream Care Rides transports injured workers to IMEs, surgeries, physical therapy, and specialist appointments across the Chicago metropolitan area. We provide the trip documentation your claims file needs, bill the insurer directly, and confirm same-day availability within 30 minutes. Call (708) 505-6994 to set up your account.

Injured workers miss appointments when transportation falls through. Missed IMEs delay claim resolution. Missed physical therapy sessions extend recovery timelines and increase total claim costs. For adjusters and employers, unreliable transport creates a cascading problem that inflates every line item in the claims file.
Dream Care Rides is a direct NEMT provider — not a broker. When you schedule transport through us, you are working with the company that owns the vehicles, employs the drivers, and controls the quality of every trip. Your injured worker gets a confirmed vehicle, a trained driver, and door-through-door service that ensures they arrive at every appointment on time.
We work with workers' compensation insurance carriers, third-party administrators, self-insured employers, and case management companies across Illinois. Every trip generates documentation that supports your claims compliance requirements.
Every type of workers' comp medical appointment requires reliable, documented transportation. Here are the most common scenarios we handle.
The insurer or employer schedules an IME with a physician who may be across town or in another city. The injured worker needs reliable transport to arrive on time and return home after what can be a lengthy evaluation.
Workers with fractures, torn ligaments, or joint injuries need transport to surgical centers and follow-up appointments. Post-surgery patients often cannot drive and may need wheelchair or stretcher transport.
Recurring 2–3 times per week for weeks or months. Standing orders eliminate the need to book each session individually. The injured worker gets the same driver on a predictable schedule.
Orthopedists, neurologists, pain management specialists, and occupational medicine physicians. Many specialists are not located near the injured worker’s home, requiring longer trips across the metro area.
MRIs, CT scans, X-rays, and bloodwork ordered as part of the workers’ comp treatment plan. We transport the patient and wait for the return trip.
Multi-hour assessments that determine whether the worker can return to their job. The patient needs transport to the evaluation center and a ride home after what is often an exhausting 4–6 hour appointment.
Workers' compensation claims require documented evidence that the injured worker attended scheduled medical appointments. Dream Care Rides provides detailed trip documentation for every transport that supports your claims file.
We can deliver trip reports via email after each trip, in weekly batches, or as consolidated monthly statements. The report format can be customized to align with your carrier's or TPA's documentation requirements.
