For Transportation Companies
We Get You Medicaid Clients. You Drive. We Handle the Rest.
Getting Medicaid rides is hard. Prior authorizations, billing codes, claim denials, reimbursement delays. Most transportation companies leave millions on the table because the process is too complicated.
We solve that. Partner with Dream Care Rides and we handle client acquisition, PA processing, dispatching, and Medicaid billing. You focus on what you do best — providing reliable transport.
Why Partner With Us
Everything You Need to Earn Medicaid Revenue
We built the infrastructure so you do not have to. Here is what you get when you join our network.
We Find the Clients
We market to Medicaid members, handle intake, and build the recurring ride pipeline. You get consistent trip volume without spending on marketing or sales.
We Handle Prior Authorization
We navigate Transdev (FFS) and MCO authorization systems so you do not have to. Every trip you drive has a valid PA before you dispatch.
We Manage Billing & Claims
We submit claims to Medicaid, track reimbursements, handle denials and resubmissions. You focus on driving, we focus on getting you paid.
We Provide the Platform
Schedule rides, track trips, and manage your fleet through our dispatch platform. Real-time GPS tracking, automated reminders, and digital trip logs.
We Handle Compliance
We ensure all documentation meets Illinois Medicaid requirements — PCS forms, trip logs, driver credentials, and vehicle records. Audit-ready at all times.
You Keep Your Independence
You remain an independent transportation company. We are your Medicaid billing and client acquisition partner, not your employer. Drive when you want, where you want.
