Rescheduling is free and you can do it yourself: use the manage link in your booking email to change the date, time or any other detail up to 2 hours before pickup. Cancellation refunds follow a separate schedule — 48 hours or more ahead is a full refund less processing, 24 to 48 hours is 50%, and under 24 hours is not refundable. Inside 2 hours of pickup, a vehicle is already committed, so call (708) 505-6994 for changes or cancellations. For Medicaid rides, contact your MCO to cancel.
