Own wheelchair vans or ambulettes? We have more demand than our fleet can handle. Per-trip rates, weekly payment, and growing trip volume across Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
Dream Care Rides' trip volume is growing faster than our owned fleet can serve. We need reliable fleet partners who can handle overflow demand, cover peak periods, and help us expand into new geographic areas.
If you own one wheelchair van or fifty ambulettes, we have trips for you. Our demand is driven by standing order contracts with healthcare facilities, Medicaid managed care organizations, and direct patient bookings. This is not speculative volume — these are real trips that need to be completed every day.
As a fleet partner, you keep your company identity, your vehicles, and your drivers. Dream Care Rides handles booking, billing, customer service, and dispatch. You focus on what you do best: driving patients safely.

We partner with NEMT companies and vehicle owners who share our commitment to quality, safety, and patient care.
Your vehicles must be licensed for non-emergency medical transportation in Illinois or Indiana with current registration and appropriate vehicle class designation.
Commercial auto insurance with minimum coverage levels that meet state NEMT requirements. We will verify your insurance documentation during onboarding.
All drivers in your fleet must pass a background check, driving record review, and drug screening. If your drivers have already been vetted, we verify their clearance.
Wheelchair vans must be equipped with Q-Straint or equivalent wheelchair securement systems. All securement equipment must be current and in good working condition.
Clean vehicles, uniformed or professionally dressed drivers, punctual service, and courteous patient interaction. We hold fleet partners to the same standards as our own fleet.
We dispatch, you drive. Dream Care Rides handles the business side so you can focus on transportation.
Dream Care Rides handles all booking, scheduling, billing, and customer service. When we have a trip in your area that matches your vehicle type, we dispatch it to you.
Your driver picks up the patient, provides door-through-door service, and transports them to their destination. You follow our service protocols for patient assist and communication.
We bill the patient, facility, or insurance plan. You do not handle any billing, collections, or customer disputes. We manage the entire financial relationship.
We pay you a per-trip rate for every completed trip. Payments are processed weekly via direct deposit or check. Volume bonuses are calculated and paid monthly.
All fleet partner vehicles must meet the following standards to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Fleet partners are compensated on a per-trip basis with rates that reflect the service type, distance, and complexity of each trip. Our rates are competitive with the Chicago NEMT market and are designed to make partnering with Dream Care Rides financially worthwhile.
Competitive rates per trip that vary by service type: ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher. Longer distance trips and bariatric patients carry premium rates.
All completed trips are tallied and paid weekly via direct deposit or check. No 30-day payment terms, no invoicing required from your side.
Partners who consistently complete a high volume of trips qualify for monthly volume bonuses on top of per-trip rates. The more trips you complete, the more you earn.
Dream Care Rides handles all booking, billing, customer service, and dispatch operations. You provide the vehicle and driver. When we have trips in your area that match your vehicle type, we dispatch them to you. You complete the trip, report the pickup and drop-off times, and we pay you per trip on a weekly basis.
We need ADA-compliant wheelchair vans with hydraulic or electric lifts, stretcher ambulettes, and ambulatory sedans or SUVs. All vehicles must be properly insured, registered for NEMT, and pass a vehicle inspection. We have the highest demand for wheelchair vans and stretcher vehicles.
Fleet partners are paid weekly via direct deposit or check for all completed trips. Per-trip rates are agreed upon during the partnership setup and vary by service type and distance. Volume bonuses for partners who complete a high number of trips are calculated and paid monthly.
No. You can keep your company name, branding, and identity on your vehicles. We require that vehicles meet our quality, cleanliness, and safety standards, but rebranding to Dream Care Rides is not required. Your company maintains its own identity while receiving consistent trip volume from us.
We have trips waiting. Call us to discuss per-trip rates, volume expectations, and how to get started.
