DreamCare Rides: 6‑Step Booking Process

Provide Passenger Details

Share essential details about the passenger to start the booking process:

  • Name, contact information, and date of birth.
  • Mobility status: Independent, Assisted, or Fully Dependent.
  • Weight: Confirm if bariatric accommodations are required.

Choose Your Service

Select the most suitable trip type and assistance level:

  • Service Type: Ambulatory, Wheelchair (XL or Broda), or Stretcher.
  • Curb‑to‑Curb: Basic help to and from the vehicle.
  • Door‑to‑Door: Guidance from the door to the vehicle and destination.
  • Door‑Through‑Door: Full assistance, including navigating stairs.

Share Trip Details

Provide complete details for the initial trip and return (if applicable):

  • Pickup address, drop‑off address, date, and pickup time.
  • Trip type: One Way, Round Trip, or Multi‑Stop.
  • Return options: Will Call, Scheduled Pickup, or Wait and Return.

Let us know any special needs to customize your trip:

  • Stair Assistance: Number of steps and required equipment.
  • Oxygen Support: Indicate if oxygen is required for transit.
  • Bariatric Needs: Confirm space or equipment, such as XL wheelchairs.
  • Passengers/Attendants: Specify if others will accompany the passenger.
