How much can I earn as a Dream Care Rides driver?+
Earnings depend on the number of trips, service type, and distance. Stretcher and wheelchair rides pay premium rates. Most active drivers earn competitive weekly income with the advantage of recurring, predictable rides rather than unpredictable demand.
Do I need a special vehicle?+
For ambulatory rides, a clean, well-maintained sedan or SUV works. For wheelchair and stretcher rides, you need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle or stretcher van. If you have a standard vehicle, you can start with ambulatory rides and grow from there.
How are rides dispatched?+
Rides are dispatched through the Dream Care App. You receive trip details including pickup/dropoff locations, patient mobility needs, and service level requirements. Most rides are pre-scheduled, so you know your schedule in advance.
What training is required?+
All drivers complete our orientation program covering patient assistance techniques, safety protocols, communication standards, and use of the Dream Care App. Additional training is provided for wheelchair and stretcher services.
How does payment work for transportation companies?+
Transportation companies receive payment based on agreed contract rates. We offer weekly or bi-weekly payment cycles. All billing and invoicing is handled through the Dream Care App platform.
Can I choose my service area and hours?+
Yes. You set your service area and availability hours during onboarding. Medical transportation is highest demand during weekday business hours, but evening and weekend rides are also available.
